Lose Love Handles
Some, who have managed to lose some of their belly fat, want
to know how to lose love handles. These “lovely” pieces of
extra fat stored on the sides of your body seem to be the
hardest to get rid of.
Exercise
There isn’t one “magic” exercise that you will help
you lose love handles. The only way to lose
those love handles is to use energy and burn calories. The
most effective way to do this is through weight training.
Weight training will force you body to use energy and burn more
calories than traditional cardio. It allows you to lose fat now
and build muscle while increasing your metabolism to help keep
the fat off.
After you lose the fat, you have to continue what you have
been doing in order to keep from gaining it all back. It should
take less effort in order to do this, but you have to keep
exercising and continue to eat right.
The reason that most people fail to achieve their fitness
goals is that they fall back into old habits that caused them
to gain the weight in the first place. For whatever reason,
they can’t maintain the discipline needed to stick to the
lifestyle necessary to achieve their goals. You have to be
committed.
Diet
Not eating or reducing your calorie intake can also do more
harm than good. Your body will adapt to this lower calorie
intake by lowering consumption of available energy and fat.
This will lower your metabolism and make it even more difficult
to lose love handles.
To lose love handles, or fat anywhere for that matter, you
have to burn more calories than you consume. This causes your
body to use fat stored for energy. Some experts claim that
there are specific foods that you have to eat, but by simply
eating healthier foods, you will start to see results.
Eating a nutritious diet will not only start you on your way to
losing love handles, but will also make you full of energy.
That’s an awesome feeling!
