My Thoughts on
Strip That Fat
My biggest obstacle for achieving my weight loss goals has
always been the eating and nutritional aspect. Figuring out how
to read and understand food labels and finding foods that I
enjoy eating that are healthy is a huge chore. That’s why I
believe that the diet generator is a great way to make planning
your meals much easier. By taking most of the work out of the
equation, I am more likely to stick to a diet plan.
The program suggests that weight loss is 80% diet and only
20% exercise and that most of us get enough exercise already. I
don’t know that I agree with that completely. I do believe that
for most people, myself included, that eating the right foods
is harder to maintain than a regular workout routine. Although
they do include a small section on exercise, I think that this
program would work even better if combined with a great workout
or exercise program.
Many weight loss programs include too much information that
can often confuse the reader. If a program is to difficult to
figure out or implement this can be the real reason that people
give up on a program, not because they didn’t put in the
effort. This program is very basic yet comprehensive. It is
realistic and the information provided won’t confuse you. It
makes weight loss an achievable goal for everyone and the plan
