There are 3 parts to Turbulence Training Workout Program:

1. Non-Competing Supersets

Non-competing supersets require you to perform 2 exercises back to back with no rest, using opposing muscle groups. The purpose is to raise the intensity of the workout and allows you to maximize recovery time.

2. Interval Training

Interval training is an exercise performed at high speed, maximum intensity followed by a period of rest. An example would be a 100m sprint followed by walking 100m.
