Turbulence Training is a combined result of over 6 years of
University study (including a Master’s Degree in Exercise
Physiology), 16 years of on-hand, gym experience, 5,318

There are 3 parts to Turbulence Training Workout
Program:
1. Non-Competing Supersets
Non-competing supersets require you to perform 2 exercises
back to back with no rest, using opposing muscle groups. The

2. Interval Training
Interval training is an exercise performed at high speed,
maximum intensity followed by a period of rest. An example
would be a 100m sprint followed by walking 100m. Although long

3. Regular Exercise Variation
