Strength training will tone you body and increase you metabolism by causing your body to work harder to repair muscle. The combination of strength and interval training will get you the quickest weight loss results.

You can’t just exercise and eat what ever you want. This will only cause all your workout efforts to be wasted by not eating the right foods. If you are lucky you will burn most of the calories you consume, but by eating unhealthy foods, you will actually gain weight. Besides eating the healthy foods, you must eat enough to give you the energy to be productive during your workouts.
